As a Senior Accountant with 15+ years of experience in accounting and finance, your role will involve managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements, and implementing internal controls and process improvements. Your expertise in Indian Accounting Standards, GST laws, and ERP systems like Zoho Books will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately and in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with GST regulations, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), advance tax, and Income Tax filings. - Implement and monitor internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information. - Recommend improvements in accounting processes and systems, supporting automation initiatives and ERP optimization. - Provide guidance on accounting practices, compliance, and statutory updates to the team. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred. - 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. - Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST laws, Income Tax & TDS regulations, and Companies Act, 2013. - Hands-on experience in ERP systems, preferably Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar. - Proficiency in google sheets.
