You will collaborate closely with various finance teams within Oracle. **Key Responsibilities:**
Support the Global Controllers Organization on acquired entities
Perform financial reporting of legal entities' results in accordance with US GAAP
Analyze and interpret financial results to manage risks and identify opportunities
Ensure corporate governance and compliance with Oracle's policies
Collaborate with various finance teams within Oracle
Participate in strategic initiatives to optimize operations
Support internal audit and SOX PMO in assessing internal controls
Implement best practices for system processes and controls
**Qualifications:**
Professional Accounting Qualification, Chartered Accountant required
Bachelor's in Commerce or Business Administration, MBA is a plus
Up to 2 years of progressive experience in technology sector or public accounting
Experience in corporate accounting and consolidation process preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Knowledge of US GAAP accounting, finance, and tax regulations
Experience with ERP systems, Oracle Financials preferred
Project management capabilities
