Job Description: The Consumer AI Transformation Team sits at the center of the Consumer business's AI agenda—defining strategy, driving execution, and ensuring measurable business impact at scale. Operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and change, the team translates AI ambition into tangible outcomes by prioritizing the highest-value opportunities, enabling adoption across the workforce, and providing clear visibility into progress and results for senior leadership. In close partnership with Consumer leaders and cross-functional teams (including Frontline, Product, Digital, Digital Strategy, Technology, Human Resources, Controls, etc.), the team acts as both strategic driver and execution engine, accelerating value realization across the Consumer AI portfolio. This is a central, high-visibility role on a newly formed team shaping how AI drives value across the Consumer business. You will operate at the core of the Consumer AI portfolio defining priorities, driving execution, and ensuring outcomes translate into measurable business impact. The role requires a highly independent operator who can create structure from ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive momentum across complex initiatives.
