Take comprehensive ownership of the Lead-to-Cash (BSS), Data analytics, Identity, Accounts & users and API gateway product offering in terms of product strategy, product capabilities, competitiveness and differentiation, profitability, compliance, certifications, security and architectural evolution
Define and execute product strategy, including the evolution of AI integrations and capabilities
Operationally manage the team
Collaborate closely with other Portfolio Leaders, Product Managers, Sales & Marketing leaders, Carrier Team & Engineering Leadership. - As Product Director of a large shared service Product line, you will be responsible for constant prioritization and trade offs across all product lines
Drive development speed and efficiency in collaboration with Engineering and Operations
Provide strong stewardship of the digital transformation of our business support systems and new back-office services integration
What you'll bring
Required:
Extensive experience in Product Management, with proven leadership managing cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams - operating at similar level (Director)
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRM, Analytics, Billing & Rating systems
Experience with back-office systems such as:
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to influence through data and presentations
Expertise in managing global, enterprise-scale cloud services, including technical, security, and regulatory aspects
Experience delivering complex projects or business transformations in the BSS and OSS areas due to acquisitions, strong growth and digital transformations
Experience with security, scalability and best practices around high-volume transactions use-cases, especially with API Gateways, Identity Management and Data analytics
Previous software development experience at some point in your career (strongly preferred) or as a minimum well versed in using SQL, Kibana and understanding complex data models in detail
Adaptable, with a growth mindset and a track record of success in startups or large enterprises
