As a Private Banker/ Partner at IDFC FIRST Bank's First Private team in the West region, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals in the West region. - Understand clients' financial goals and provide them with customized banking and investment solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on wealth management and financial planning. - Cross-sell various banking and investment products and services to clients. - Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. - Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with the best advice. - Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the First Private team. Qualifications required for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or private banking. - Proven track record of managing high net worth clients and achieving sales targets. - In-depth knowledge of banking and investment products and services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
