Make an impact As the Full-Time Tenant Service Coordinator, you will play a highly important role, as you will be the face of the company and the first to greet visitors, investors, vendors and business partners. Greet visitors, in person or on the telephone Ensure security access control protocol is followed Answer or refer inquiries and route calls to specific people Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; give instructions Sort and distribute mail throughout office Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties Take and relay messages Schedule meetings and conference rooms Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs Maintain a safe and clean reception area to include the adjacent conference rooms Maintain/oversee tenant engagement app Assist with special events as needed Monitor tenant work order program What you should bring Reception experience preferred but not required Ability to solve problems, organize systems and establish procedures Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrate initiative Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Detail oriented with excellent office skills including typing and proofreading Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral), and interpersonal skills Must possess a friendly and positive attitude Must be a team player Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and maintain a calm work environment with managers and co-workers and callers What you can be apart of As the receptionist you are working alongside the property management team supporting the Property Manager. You will maintain and oversee the tenant engagement application, assist with special events, and monitor the tenant work order program. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for tenants at a Class A commercial office building. Compensation Information: $25.75 per hour plus bonus.
