As a Software Tester in our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web-based applications. Your role will involve testing applications at various stages of development to ensure they meet the required standards. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Systems Integration Testing and System Testing to identify and rectify any issues. - Utilize your understanding of SDLC models like Waterfall and Agile to contribute effectively to the testing process. - Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Reports, and Defect Reports for both Manual and Automated tests. - Perform Functional, System, Regression, and Sanity testing to guarantee the reliability of our applications. - Use Defect Tracking tools such as HP ALM Quality Center, Rational Clear Quest, JIRA, and DevOps for effective issue management. - Plan, design, and execute tests while analyzing user requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Apply your knowledge of Automation Testing using tools like Selenium Web Driver, QTP, IDE, as well as Performance Testing tools like Load Runner and JMeter. Qualifications Required:
1-4 years of End to End application testing experience. - Experience in Functional Testing (Manual) and AGILE methodologies for 2-4 years. - Hands-on experience in all types of Black Box testing including Smoke, Sanity, System, Integration, Regression, and UAT. - Knowledge or experience in the Automotive industry is preferred.
