JOB DESCRIPTION Fox Entertainment is seeking a Director, Business & Legal Affairs to support a broad range of dealmaking and legal matters across creator partnerships, production, and emerging technology initiatives. This role will work with business and legal affairs leadership as an execution partner, helping to negotiate and implement complex agreements in a fast-evolving media landscape. The department in which this position sits at the intersection of traditional entertainment, the creator economy and technology-driven production. The ideal candidate is a highly versatile executive who thrives in a startup-like environment within a large media company. This individual has a demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker as well as manage a high volume of day-to-day work, and can effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong track record in negotiation, drafting, and analysis while contributing to a fast-paced, evolving business. We will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-175,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
