Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot Firewall, NAC, Proxy, and WAF solutions to secure network traffic flow. - Monitor and respond to security alerts for Firewall, NAC, Proxy, and WAF solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions and ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and analyze security incidents, responding promptly to breaches and user incidents. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging security threats, adapting security protocols as necessary. - Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in a timely manner. - Continuously improve and optimize security processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. - 3 to 6 years of professional experience in information security focusing on Firewall, Proxy, and WAF security, and security incident management. - Hands-on experience with Akamai WAF, Azure Native WAF, Firewall technologies like Palo Alto and CISCO, NAC solutions, and enterprise-level Firewall implementations. - Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and incident handling as L1/L2. - Strong understanding of Zscaler Proxy, Firewalls, WAF solutions, and incident handling processes. - Experience in setting up access controls, policies, and ensuring data security practices align with regulatory compliance requirements. - Relevant certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, or other related certificates are a plus. - Proficiency in security tools and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay current with evolving security technologies and threats.
