Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates for e-commerce initiatives. - Create compelling and platform-specific content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. - Manage and oversee all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals. - Analyze social media data and performance metrics using advanced analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. - Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, new features, and emerging trends. - Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. - Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions. - Manage influencer marketing initiatives and build strategic partnerships. - Report on social media performance to key stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for future strategies. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in social media marketing and strategy, preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketing space. - Proven success in managing large-scale social media campaigns. - Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and a deep understanding of social media analytics. - Experience with paid social advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). - Exceptional creative thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for building online communities.
