We’re looking for an AI Operations Associate to help drive AI adoption across our teams through hands-on execution. This is an executionary role focused on applying AI in day-to-day operations. You’ll work directly with different functions across the business to increase AI usage and to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and help teams integrate AI into how they operate day-to-day. ## Your responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the business to identify and implement AI-driven improvements to workflows
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and define what an AI-enabled version could look like
• Build and deploy solutions (e.g. automations, AI agents, prompt workflows) using tools like Claude, n8n and other AI platforms
• Support teams in adopting AI tools effectively, including hands-on guidance and enablement
• Act as a builder within teams, helping redesign how work gets done with AI embedded from the start
• Ship fast, high-impact AI projects where results are visible immediately, not months from now.
