Regional Sales Manager (Enterprise SaaS) - West & South India

Key Responsibilities:

• Initially act as an Individual Contributor to close enterprise deals, then scale and manage a team of 2-4 sales reps within 6-12 months. - Drive sales across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and surrounding regions through effective Territory Management. - Lead complex engagements involving architecture discussions, integrations, and PoCs as part of Solution Selling. - Independently generate pipeline, close new logos (Hunting), and grow existing accounts (Farming) with Full Funnel Ownership. - Negotiate and build relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and IT Leaders to ensure CXO Engagement. Qualifications Required:

• Candidate must be from the SaaS / CPaaS / Conversational AI industry. - Minimum 7 years of on-field enterprise sales experience in India. - Proven record of achieving 10 Cr+ annual targets in the last 2-3 years. - Direct experience selling into Healthcare and Fintech/BFSI sectors. - Must have experience managing a small team (2-5 reps) while also being an Individual Contributor (IC).
