Supply Chain Specialist II/III

This position is responsible for supporting the sourcing, acquisition, and administration of very complex, high dollar equipment as a member of BIW’s Supply Chain Subcontracts team. This position is built for highly motivated individuals who have an eagerness to learn and the ability to rapidly and accurately perform supply chain tasks for a variety of contract types. Activities include issuing RFPs, evaluating proposals, performing price analyses and negotiating, managing suppliers and often expediting material deliveries, and resolving receiving and/or invoice issues.
