The Role Core HR Specialists work at the regional hub to build partnerships with HR Business Partners. They plan for key periods throughout the year, ensuring accurate data entry, promptly addressing issues, and efficiently processing HR documents. What you'll be responsible for Accurate data entry of all Joiner, Mover, and Leaver transactions including reports Ensure approvals and right authorizations are secured based on global or local SOPs Performs data validation as needed/requested and especially during APR cycle Manage data and reporting Manage probation administration Creates business letters for JML (Joiners, Movers & Leavers), offline via Adobe sign or online for business processes with automated letters integrated in Workday Manage absence and time off Secure electronic documentation in Workday Support international assignee with company documents collection (immigration process) Responsible for driving Self Service adoption Upholds highest degree of confidentiality in employee records and transactions We're looking for someone who Has experience in Core HR management and can operate confidently in critical situations Brings strong skills in Workday HCM, ServiceNow, AdobeSign, MS Office Well-versed with Audit, Data Privacy, Governance and Stakeholder Management Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working What you'll get Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes Market-competitive pay and performance related rewards Flexible ways of working Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work Time off to rest and recharge Ongoing learning and development opportunities #TMICC Why join us?
