For more information, visit our website: www.belkin.com What we're looking for We are seeking a results-driven Associate Channel Marketing Manager EMEA to support the development and execution of channel marketing strategies across the region. This role will work closely with regional sales teams, global marketing, and channel partners to drive pipeline growth, partner engagement, and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with experience in B2B channel ecosystems who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment. Responsibilities Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution Support the execution of EMEA channel marketing plans aligned with regional revenue goals Localize and activate global campaigns for EMEA markets Assist in building joint marketing plans with key channel partners Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) processes and reporting Coordinate campaign execution including email, digital, webinars, and in-person events Partner Engagement & Enablement Collaborate with channel sales managers to identify growth opportunities Develop partner-facing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box programs Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for new partners Ensure partners are equipped with messaging, assets, and demand-generation tools Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth Drive co-marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights Monitor KPIs including pipeline contribution, ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with global marketing teams to align messaging and branding Coordinate with field marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing teams Liaise with external vendors and agencies when required Skills, Experience and Qualities Required Required 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing Experience working across EMEA markets Strong project management and organizational skills Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Preferred Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) Understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, distributors, system integrators) Experience managing MDF budgets Key Competencies Collaborative and relationship-driven Detail-oriented with strong execution focus Commercially minded with a growth mindset Adaptable and comfortable working in a matrixed organization Proactive problem solver What you'll get in return Permanent Full Time (40 hours a week), Monday - Friday Competitive Salary, Benefits and Bonus Plan Flexible hybrid working (2-3 days office) Optional Private Health Insurance & Dental Insurance Pension Life Assurance & Income Protection Insurance Employee Assistance Programme 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days after 5 years) & Bank Holidays Birthday Day off Belkin Product Employee Discount Programme Location: Kings Langley UK and from July: Hemel Hempstead What you're getting into We've got big collaborative spaces for your big ideas, so bring an open mind and leave your suit in the closet.
