What You'll Do
- Build frameworks for understanding how users discover and engage with content
- Support our emerging social experiences and creator programs by defining metrics and surfacing insights as we build
- Track content trends and supply health across the platform to inform product strategy
- Design and analyze experiments across content, social, and creator areas
- Contribute to building strong data foundations as part of our awesome data science team
What You'll Need
- 3+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with experience in content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Experience designing and running experiments, with ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendations
- Strong product sense and excellent communication skills, with experience working across product and engineering teams
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn across multiple product areas, with a willingness to dig into unfamiliar domains
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, eagerness to wear multiple hats, and passion for continuous learning
Bonus: Background in music, audio, social products, or content discovery platforms
