Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for GenAI and agentic AI solutions, aligned with the companys mission and business objectives. - Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market trends, user needs, and business priorities. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products on time and within budget. - Serve as the single point of accountability for all technical matters within the product line. - Champion agentic AI concepts, designing products that leverage autonomous agents for dynamic, adaptive, and goal-oriented user experiences. - Conduct market analysis, user research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product direction. - Build strong relationships with business, technical, and external partners; drive alignment and buy-in for product initiatives. - Define and monitor product success metrics (adoption, engagement, ROI); use data-driven insights to iterate and improve. - Ensure products meet regulatory, ethical, and data protection standards. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any technology stream. - 12+ years of overall work experience with at least 5+ years of experience leading engineering of AI/ML, RPA, or complex custom software solutions in an enterprise setting. - Strong understanding of agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS/Microsoft). - Experience in user-centric design, market research, and agile methodologies. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical fluency. - Passion for technology innovation and continuous learning. Role Overview: You will be the Associate Director, GenAI & Agentic AI Product Manager, responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative GenAI and agentic AI products. Your role will involve integrating AI models and autonomous agents into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
