As an Analytics Lead, your role will involve enhancing data analytics capabilities and delivering actionable insights to directly influence business decisions. You will be responsible for performing advanced data analysis using Google BigQuery and SQL to extract insights and identify business opportunities. Additionally, you will provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders across business functions. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications required for this role:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
8+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, business intelligence, or digital analytics
Strong expertise in Google BigQuery, including advanced SQL for analytics and data modeling
Deep understanding of GA4 architecture, event taxonomy, and troubleshooting practices
Proficiency in Looker/Looker Studio for building dashboards and scalable data models
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (Web/App) and Server-Side Tagging (GTM-SS)
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely
Strong communication skills to simplify technical insights for non-technical stakeholders

Leading the implementation and optimization of GA4, including event strategy, enhanced measurement setup, and custom configurations
Owning and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations across web and app to ensure accurate tracking and tag governance
Implementing and optimizing Server-Side Tagging (GTM-SS) for improved data accuracy, privacy compliance, and performance optimization
Building, maintaining, and enhancing scalable dashboards in Looker/Looker Studio to support reporting and decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions
Presenting insights and findings in a clear, simple, and non-technical manner to senior stakeholders
Establishing and enforcing data governance standards to ensure high data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy/security requirements
