Recruiting Engagement Internship

Primary Responsibilities In this position, you may be a part of one or more of the following tasks: Assist members of our compliance team to help them serve their assigned group of clients Develop knowledge and experience to allow you to serve as a relationship manager for an assigned group of clients Learn general retirement plan guidelines to assist clients with questions. Review and approve client forms Assist in answering incoming calls & emails as needed. Prepare plan documents, annual non-discrimination testing, 5500 forms, and employer contribution calculations. Work closely with our Client Service and Recordkeeping teams Primary Skills & Requirements: Current students looking to attain a bachelor's degree or associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field Strong interpersonal skills Customer service experience a plus Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Excellent analytical skills-good with numbers Must be trustworthy, organized, and disciplined A can-do attitude and desire to learn Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook About Integrity Integrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
