As a Regional Demand Planner at our company, your role will involve strategic, tactical, and operational activities to ensure effective demand planning and forecasting for the region. **Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for defining and tracking regional demand KPIs, following global demand planning frameworks, supporting the adoption of AI/ML forecasting solutions, and driving budgeting and annual demand planning exercises for the region. **Key Responsibilities:**
Define and track regional demand KPIs such as MAPE, Bias, and Fidelity
Follow global demand planning frameworks into regional execution across SKUs and markets
Support adoption of AI/ML forecasting solutions with focus on segmentation
Partner with the Global S&OP CoE to ensure regional plans align with global forecasting standards
Drive budgeting and annual demand planning exercises for the region
Run and monitor regional demand review sessions
Track and manage a regional SKU based demand list
Align demand and supply to balance inventory health and service levels
Monitor product margins and incorporate marketing promotions into demand planning process
Drive regular portfolio rationalization drives across geographies
Create and maintain DP templates for region align with APS platform requirements
Manage demand planning readiness for New Product Launches
Provide regular updates to regional leadership on demand risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
Maintain clean data and accurate forecast inputs in APS/SONAR systems
Drive APS/SONAR adoption, ensure user training, and promote system-driven forecasting
Share feedback with Global CoE on tool usability and regional customization needs
**Qualifications Required:**
Strong understanding of demand planning processes and tools
Proficiency in forecasting techniques and methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in using APS/SONAR systems is a plus
