In this role as a Solution Customer Success Manager (SCSM) at SAP, you will act as a trusted advisor for customers adopting SAP Supply Chain Management solutions. Your main responsibility will be to own the post-sales customer success lifecycle, bring domain and solution expertise to accelerate value realization, drive adoption, mitigate risk, and identify expansion opportunities. You will engage with SAP's customers to drive and accelerate their value realization, ensuring that business outcomes are being met through the consumption of purchased solutions and success service entitlements. Your role will involve managing a designated set of customer accounts, developing account management strategies, defining and executing outcome success plans, and acting as the primary point of escalation for customer account issues. You will drive mutual success across the solution lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

Deep understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management Solutions, with expertise in at least one of the following: SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Field Service Management, SAP Transportation Management, SAP Business Networks. - Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Suite, SaaS delivery models, and Cloud ERP. - Ability to articulate solution value, differentiation, and industry proof points. Your experience of 20+ years in total with 15+ years as a Supply Chain practitioner or cloud software solutions and delivery models in Supply Chain Management, along with 10+ years of overall experience in relevant areas, will be valuable in this role. Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with CxOs and Supply Chain leaders. - Understand customer business objectives, success criteria, and desired outcomes. - Drive adoption, consumption, and value realization of Supply Chain solutions. - Align customers to the SAP Customer Value Journey. - Act as the primary point of escalation for customer account issues. - Drive renewals, retention, and churn mitigation for assigned customers. - Identify and qualify expansion, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities. - Drive internal and external enablement activities. - Collaborate with SAP partners to support joint go-to-market initiatives. - Coordinate SAP and partner resources to ensure successful delivery of supply chain transformations.
