Sr Frontend Engineer

You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to deliver solutions that delight users and drive our business forward. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, build, and optimize scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or similar. - Collaborate with designers and product managers to convert requirements and wireframes into high-quality, performant code. - Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers. - Advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and CI/CD automation. - Mentor and provide support to junior and mid-level engineers through activities like code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. - Work with backend teams to define APIs and data contracts. - Drive technical decisions related to architecture, tooling, and frontend standards. - Monitor and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability. **Qualifications Required:**
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React preferred). - Hands-on experience with state management tools like Redux, MobX, Recoil, or similar. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web application architecture. - Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc. - Familiarity with build systems and tooling like Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc. - Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG). - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Experience in mentoring or leading engineers is a plus.
