As a Business Analyst at Zelis India, you will play a pivotal role in enabling high-quality business analytics solutions within an Agile context. Your primary focus will be on delivering valued business outcomes and informed decisions for key stakeholders. Working as part of the Scrum team, you will ensure clear and open communication between Business Owners, Development, Quality Assurance, and the Product Owner. - Requirements management, which involves eliciting, understanding, and analyzing the needs of the business to develop user and enabler stories. - Act as a liaison among Business Owners, Solutions Owners, and other stakeholders to gather, document, communicate, and validate business and system requirements. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. - Assist in elaborating user stories and requirements, support team members, and provide coaching to define business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases. - Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and shape the product backlog, define and implement business processes, and analyze opportunities for process improvements. - Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, training materials, and documentation for internal and external applications. To succeed in this role, you should have a structured and logical approach to problem-solving, at least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Process Engineering, and preferably experience in the Healthcare industry. Proficiency in SQL, strong analytical skills, experience in product development life cycle, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, are essential. Furthermore, you should be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, have experience in workflow diagram creation and wireframe creation, and possess preferred skills such as formal training/certifications in Business/System analysis, familiarity with UI/UX design guidelines, and knowledge/experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies.
