As a Brand Manager for one of the Weekday's clients, your primary focus will be on Brand Marketing to establish the business as a trusted and culturally relevant baby care brand. You will be responsible for shaping the brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, and storytelling efforts to enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent brand representation across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:
**Brand Strategy & Storytelling**
Own and refine the brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all platforms. - Develop parent-focused narratives emphasizing safety, sustainability, trust, and product effectiveness. - Maintain brand consistency across website, social media, advertisements, PR, packaging, and retail environments. - **Digital Brand Marketing**
Lead digital brand campaigns on social media, content platforms, influencer partnerships, and community engagement. - Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align brand and growth goals. - Plan and execute integrated campaigns for product launches and key occasions. - Manage content strategy for Instagram, website, email marketing, and other brand assets. - **PR, Influencer & Earned Media**
Drive PR strategy independently or in collaboration with agencies. - Build relationships with parenting, lifestyle, and baby care media outlets. - Lead influencer collaborations with mom creators, doctors, and parenting experts. - Shape narratives for earned media, including brand stories and product features. - **Campaigns & Launches**
Oversee the execution of brand campaigns and product launches. - Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers, and internal teams for successful campaign rollouts. - Ensure compelling storytelling across digital, PR, influencer, and retail channels. - **Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence**
Develop insights into consumer behavior, parental challenges, and category trends. - Monitor competitor activities and trends in D2C baby and personal care sectors. - Apply insights to enhance messaging, content, and go-to-market approaches. - **Measurement & Brand Health**
Track key brand performance indicators like awareness, engagement, consideration, sentiment, and share of voice. - Evaluate digital brand campaigns and influencer ROI. - Optimize strategies based on data analysis and feedback. Required Skills & Experience:
48+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or D2C brands. - Previous experience in baby care, personal care, FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred. - Collaboration experience with PR, influencer marketing, and content teams. Key Responsibilities:
