Job Description What it's all about - The Product Owner is accountable for the end-to-end ownership of a defined product stream within the Agile Product Delivery model. This includes defining the product vision, prioritizing the roadmap, and driving delivery to create scalable, reusable data products with clear commercial impact. This role focuses on Acquiring Data Products, including merchant, transaction and acceptance datasets, with the objective of improving data quality, enabling new data-driven use cases, and driving monetization across European markets. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership & Strategy: Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritisation aligned to commercial value, client impact, scalability, and strategic priorities Translate business opportunities into structured product requirements and use cases Drive transition from bespoke analytics to scalable, product-led solutions Delivery & Agile Execution: Maintain a transparent, prioritised backlog with clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Define sprint goals and ensure predictable, incremental delivery Drive end-to-end delivery across cross-functional squads (Data Science, Data Engineering, SMEs) Commercialisation & Value Realisation: Ensure products are designed for reuse, scalability, and revenue generation Partner with Sales, Consulting and GTM teams to define market positioning and drive adoption Embed commercial KPIs and track performance of delivered products Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of accountability for the product stream across: Data Science teams Commercial/GTM teams Cluster leads and clients Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities Integration with COEs & Standards: Ensure alignment with global standards, data governance, and best practices Leverage COE capabilities (AI, Data Architecture, Internal Data) in product development Act as interface between local delivery teams and global capabilities Specific Focus — Acquiring Data Products: Improvement of merchant and transaction data quality (incl. compliance with global data standards) Development of scalable data products for acquirers (e.g., optimisation, segmentation, benchmarking) Enablement of data-driven use cases for Tier 1–3 clients Close alignment with cluster execution to ensure adoption and commercial traction This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
