You will be responsible for supporting maintenance planning and production to meet targets. This includes inspecting equipment to assess spare parts requirements and initiating the procurement process in advance to prevent stock-outs. Additionally, you will need to conduct condition monitoring of equipment and coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and commercial teams to ensure spare parts availability. Your role will also involve controlling spares consumption and developing substitutes to reduce maintenance costs. In terms of equipment maintenance, you will need to implement preventive maintenance schedules based on OEM recommendations and execute predictive maintenance to prevent major failures. Ensuring environmental health and safety (EHS) is crucial, so you will be required to maintain safety standards at the mine site, handle hazardous waste according to guidelines, and implement safety standards in line with sustainability frameworks. Furthermore, you will need to take a proactive approach to ensure full compliance with statutory norms related to mining equipment. This includes implementing best practices and procedures such as Abnormality Management, SOP, SMP, and JSA. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of assets and transactions using SAP-ERP and calculating the availability and utilization of HEMM. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Prior experience in maintenance planning and equipment management
Strong knowledge of EHS standards and statutory compliance
