Identify and engage with factory owners, plant heads, and senior operations leaders
Develop trust-based partnerships with industrial sites for the long term
Gain insight into factory workflows, operational challenges, and productivity objectives
Evaluate factories for an AI-driven analysis platform
Lead discussions on partnerships, including negotiations on commercials and timelines
Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, product, and analytics
Provide support for on-site planning and execution when necessary
Serve as the main contact for factory partners
Manage post-deployment relationships and drive expansion
Collect structured feedback and share market insights
**Qualifications Required:**
3-7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, industrial sales, or manufacturing ecosystem roles
Hands-on experience in factory or production environments
Previous experience interacting with factory owners or plant leadership
Strong understanding of manufacturing decision-making processes
Proficiency in managing long-cycle, relationship-driven B2B engagements
Advantageous to have experience with platforms like Zetwerk, Xometry, Fictiv, Moglix, Infra.Market, OfBusiness, Udaan (manufacturing), IndiaMART Enterprise, or similar ecosystems
