Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (01 Year Experience)
Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Duration: 6-12 Months
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 01 year of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Freshers can also apply, provided they have completed at least one internship in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. ### Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Conduct initial HR screening calls. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities. ### Requirements
01 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. - Freshers must have prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working 6 days a week. - Comfortable with either shift timing:
9:00 AM 6:00 PM
11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Immediate joiners preferred. ### Preferred Skills
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. - Strong coordination and organizational abilities. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
