Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end development and operations of high-performance web and mobile applications. - Architect and scale engineering platforms to reduce technical debts and enhance performance and agility. - Cultivate a culture of innovation and fast execution, leading by example and hands-on engagement. - Develop top-notch web platforms to solve and enhance marketplace dynamics. - Collaborate with the business to define requirements and deliverables and provide engineering expertise for on-time product delivery. - Act as the technical owner for various products, including web applications, automated reporting facilities, and data-related engineering initiatives. - Improve and develop delivery processes and foster a quality-focused development culture. - Lead and manage a team of engineers and QA professionals to drive talent management efforts within the Technology department. Qualifications Required:
Hands-on technology expertise with attention to detail and scalability. - Ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment. - Excellent prioritization and project management skills. - Proficiency in agile frameworks and project tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Expertise in React.js and other web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. - Experience in developing applications using multiple stacks and scaling web applications in SOA-based large setups. - Proven track record in architecture, design, and delivery of data-intensive applications. - Familiarity with modern web UI frameworks like React and experience in leading QA/testing functions. - Knowledge of building high throughput, low latency web services and client-server architecture. - Experience with AWS architecture and web paradigms such as REST, Responsive Web Design, and Test-Driven Development. - Exposure to various technology stacks including web application development, middleware, integration, and enterprise architecture. - Prior experience in team management and a strong inclination towards startup environments. Role Overview: As a Software Developer (React.js/Next.js) at Unbound IA, your primary responsibility will be to work on managing the Website & CRM and ensuring seamless data interchange between the server and users. You will be tasked with developing responsive code and contributing to the growth of the business. This full-time role requires immediate availability and experience in frontend development.
