Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and business development
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge or experience in the agriculture/agri-input industry (preferred)
Good problem-solving and planning abilities
Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
Bachelors degree in Agriculture / Business / Marketing or related field (preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Promote and demonstrate company products to customers
Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and product trials
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Provide regular feedback and reports to management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
