Tribe Insurance is looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong strategic mindset and deep analytical expertise to shape and accelerate our digital insurance sales strategy. In this role, you will define, build, and apply advanced analytical models that drive digital growth, sales activation, and financial performance across our insurance customer journeys. You will play a key role in our digital transformation, ensuring that commercial decisions are grounded in robust data, clear insights, and measurable impact. This is a senior, high‑autonomy role, positioned at the intersection of analytics, digital strategy, and business performance. Your Mission You own the development and application of analytics that enable smarter digital sales decisions. From modelling customer behavior to measuring commercial impact, you ensure that insights translate into concrete actions, improved conversion, and sustained financial growth. You partner closely with Customer Journey Experts (CJEs), digital marketing, product, and sales teams to turn data into growth opportunities across web, mobile, and omnichannel journeys. What You Will Do Define and Lead Digital Sales Analytics Own the analytics approach supporting digital insurance sales across acquisition, conversion, and cross‑selling journeys. Define and govern key digital and sales KPIs, ensuring consistency, transparency, and decision relevance. Act as the reference point for digital insurance analytics within and beyond the Tribe. Build Advanced Models & Decision Support Analytics Design, develop, and maintain analytical models such as sales propensity, conversion, churn, and lead prioritization models. Apply statistical and predictive techniques to identify growth opportunities and guide commercial prioritization. Translate model outputs into clear recommendations that inform campaigns, channel allocation, and journey optimization. Fuel Sales Activation with Actionable Insights Build and evolve strategic dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) that support lead management and sales activation. Enable CJEs, digital marketing, and sales teams with insights that turn leads into measurable business impact. Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and highlight opportunities to improve customer conversion and value. Enable Experimentation & Customer Insights Design and support experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis testing) to assess the impact of digital initiatives. Analyze behavioral data to uncover where customers struggle, convert, or disengage across digital journeys. Provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness. Track Financial Performance & Dynamic Plan (DP) Impact Measure and monitor the financial impact of digital sales and cross‑selling activities. Track performance against the Dynamic Plan (DP), identifying gaps, risks, and acceleration opportunities. Support leadership with clear visibility on how digital initiatives contribute to commercial outcomes. Ensure Analytics Quality & Governance Ensure high data quality, reliable automation, and transparent metric definitions across all key dashboards and models. Define tracking and tagging requirements in collaboration with relevant data and digital stakeholders. Promote best practices in analytics, documentation, and insight communication. What you bring Senior experience in digital analytics, modelling, and business intelligence (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Power BI). Strong analytical skills using SQL and Python and/or SAS to build models and advanced analyses. Solid understanding of insurance business dynamics, with the ability to link digital behavior to commercial and financial outcomes. Experience translating complex analysis into clear, visual, and impactful stories for senior stakeholders. A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability and business impact. Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping analytical direction rather than executing predefined requests.
