Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years project experience in a hands-on position
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Project Management experience a plus
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Customer Service and and Project Management with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
Preferred Skills:
- Any Salesforce Certifications is a Plus, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud or Field Service Consultant. - Attention towards detail – detail oriented
- Strong team player
- Great communication skills
- Keep an open mind and must be flexible to change
