• Strong command of written and spoken English

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development • Self-starter mentality: Must be proactive and willing to dive deep into the code to troubleshoot, optimize, and build solutions independently. • Ownership of work: Ability to take full responsibility for tasks and projects, ensuring that outcomes align with business objectives. • Outcomes-based approach: Capable of focusing on delivering results in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving requirements. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in an agile environment where priorities and requirements can shift quickly. • Proficient knowledge in .NET/C# and Microsoft SQL Server • Proven expertise in JavaScript (ES5+), React/Vue • Experience building and deploying applications in AWS environments • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, version control, etc.)
