AVP - Product Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements, define product vision and strategy, and collaborate with engineers to execute it
• Own front-end platforms like Android, iOS, msite, and website
• Conceptualize and develop innovative Financial Products in Lending

Qualifications Required:

• MBA from a Premium Institute

• 12-14 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 7 years in consumer internet-related Product and 2 years in fintech

• Management background preferably in eCommerce, Technology, Fintech, or Banking industry

• Strong business management and analysis skills

• Excellent academic background and records

• Exceptional skills in crisis management, interpersonal communication, collaboration, and teamwork
