Creative Strategist

Critical Mass is hiring a Creative Strategist to join our amazing ArtBot team! ArtBot is Omnicom’s next-generation intelligent content orchestration, decisioning and optimization solution. We operate as a horizontal specialism that integrates seamlessly across Omnicom to deliver scaled, data-driven, and AI-powered creative solutions. We specialize in Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), performance optimization, and scalable content activation. We are proud to deliver innovative, high-performance work for a premier global client roster, including Volkswagen Group, IBM, British Airways, McDonald’s, and PepsiCo. Artbot is at the intersection of media, creative and ad tech, and nowhere is this better personified than through a strategist. The Strategy team is a pivotal part of Artbot, that helps set the tone and drive the growth of our core DCO product offering. As a Creative Strategist, you will create and implement dynamic creative strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including automotive, travel, retail, FMCG and finance. You’ll partner with media agencies, creative agencies, and client stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven creative solutions that drive measurable performance outcomes. A Creative Strategist is expected to have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas and approaches. This is to ensure Artbot’s strategies & technologies continue to stay market-leading in the ever-evolving digital space. You’ll collaborate with international teams, adapting strategies for different markets. You will also be tasked with developing strong relationships across the Omnicom network, including supporting new business pitches, in addition to building a strong commercial understanding of all our clients. Critical Mass uses artificial intelligence in our recruitment process to enhance job postings, filter keywords during the review of prospective candidates, and, in some cases, transcribe interviews with our recruiters.
