A Dynamics 365 Developer designs, customizes, and implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) solutions, utilizing C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform to optimize business processes. Responsibilities include developing plugins, workflows, and API integrations, maintaining code, and performing system testing. They work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. Key Responsibilities
System Customization: Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to meet business needs. - Development: Write clean, scalable code using C# and .NET, particularly for Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities. - Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems, Azure services, and API integrations (SOAP, REST, XML). - Power Platform: Develop low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. - Technical Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and debug existing applications. - Documentation: Create technical design documents and user guides. Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiencies: Expert knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. - Platform Knowledge: In-depth experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) or ERP (Finance & Operations/Business Central). - Tools: Experience with Visual Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure. - Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development, SDLC, and code version control (e.g., Azure DevOps). - Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Typical Educational/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.
