As a QA Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing test cases, scripts, and comprehensive plans for functional, regression, performance, and automation testing. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using defect management tools to ensure no issues slip through the cracks. - Collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure application functionality meets business requirements. - Conducting manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications, as well as performing API testing for integrations with third-party systems. - Participating in requirement analysis and test planning, maintaining detailed documentation of test results and issues, and contributing ideas to improve testing processes and methodologies. - Ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices in software development and testing. Qualifications required for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, and Appium. - Proven experience in manual and automated testing, with familiarity in Agile and DevOps environments. - Knowledge of programming or scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus. Additionally, the following skills and qualities are preferred:
ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certifications. - Experience in performance and security testing, familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. The compensation for this position ranges from USD 38,000 to USD 133,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Full-time employees will receive medical, vision, and dental benefits, a 401k retirement plan, variable pay and incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays.
