Deep experience with Clay or Freckle.io
Proficient with HubSpot or Salesforce
Skilled with Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
Proven ability to coach reps to exceed quota
Encouraging, respectful leadership style with strong communication
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language. #### π― Bonus Points
Experience working with or selling to developers, engineers, or technical buyers
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Background in developer communities, open source, or technical support
Previous experience at an early-stage startup or remote-first team
