Enterprise Networking - Team Lead

You are looking for a highly experienced Lead with expertise in Cisco and Aruba technologies to evaluate solutions and deliver enterprise networking and security projects. You will be responsible for:

• Leading evaluation and implementation of enterprise networking and security solutions such as Routing & Switching, Wireless Networks, Network Access Control (NAC) using Cisco ISE & Aruba ClearPass, Cisco DNAC, and Cisco FTD Firewall. - Architecting and delivering Software-Defined & Data Center Infrastructure including Cisco ACI and Aruba SDN/Fabric solutions. - Working closely with Sales and Presales teams for customer meetings and technical presentations, defining and executing technical delivery strategy for new implementations, network refresh, migration, and transformation projects. - Collaborating with Pan India technical teams, providing L3-level support, ensuring adherence to best practices, and leading, mentoring, and managing technical teams. Your required skills and expertise include strong hands-on experience in Cisco & Aruba Routing and Switching, Enterprise Wireless, NAC, Cisco DNAC, and Cisco FTD Firewall. You should have expertise in SDN & Data Center Networking with Cisco ACI, EVPN-VXLAN fabric, and Aruba CX-based fabric. Experience in enterprise network security integration, troubleshooting, and analytical skills are essential. Mandatory certifications include CCNP / CCIE (Enterprise / Data Center / Security preferred) from Cisco and ACMP / ACDX / ACMX (or equivalent advanced certification) from Aruba. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and leadership and team mentoring skills.
