Planning, forecasting, executing, monitoring, and reviewing retail and distribution sales strategies for the branch. - Achieving sales targets, expanding the channel network, managing schemes, and ensuring profitability. - Building and maintaining an efficient sales operations process and fostering strong channel engagement. - Managing outstanding debts per company policy and driving trade marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team. - Enhancing the productivity of the sales team, setting performance metrics, and facilitating training to develop competencies. Qualifications:
Experience: 10-15 years in retail sales (Distributor, Brand Stores, LRT, and ERT). - Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail management, channel development, customer relationship management, and market intelligence.
