Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals. - Meet distributors, retailers, dealers, corporate clients, and business partners regularly. - Present company products/services to prospective customers and explain value propositions. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis in assigned territories. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems. - Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support. - Prepare daily visit reports and sales performance updates. ### Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred. - 6 month to 5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or direct sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory. - Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. - Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. - Valid driving license preferred. ### Compensation & Benefits
