Associate Principal/ Director- Data Science (SCM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on highly complex data science problems in Supply Chain
• Guide and demonstrate technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute technical strategy
• Leverage expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing problems
• Support campaigns, thought leadership sessions, and proposals
• Champion best analytics, data science, and machine learning practices

Qualifications Required:

• 8 years of experience in delivering data science solutions/services
• 2 years of working experience on supply chain and manufacturing problems
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
• Ability to research and learn from the state-of-the-art in AI/ML
• Ability to engage with client stakeholders and drive discussions for unstructured problems
• Ability to understand business problems, articulate, ideate, and converge on solution approach
• Ability to project yourself as a technical decision maker and thought leader in the data science space
• Ability to identify new opportunities and extend existing opportunities
• Convert capability to revenue
