You will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, which includes infrastructure, service desk, data center, and network management. Your main goal will be to ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT services and platforms. You will need to implement and uphold ITIL best practices across incident, change, problem, and service management. Additionally, you will be leading and mentoring the IT operations team to achieve performance and service excellence. Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement in IT service delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of Presales Support for Managed Services, you will collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to develop tailored Managed Services offerings for prospective clients. You will participate in client meetings to present operational capabilities, service models, and SLAs. Your role will also involve contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation for managed services solutions. Providing technical insights and feasibility assessments for client requirements will be crucial in this aspect. As for Customer Infrastructure Transition, you will lead the transition and onboarding of customer IT environments into our Managed Services framework. This will involve defining and executing transition plans, including discovery, documentation, handover, and stabilization. You will need to coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration of services and minimal disruption. Identifying risks and mitigation strategies during the transition phase will also be part of your duties. In the area of Vendor and Compliance Management, you will be responsible for managing third-party service providers and ensuring SLA compliance. It will also be important for you to ensure adherence to industry standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will participate in IT budgeting, procurement, and capacity planning to support the operational needs effectively.
