Healthcare Recruiter

As a Healthcare Recruiter at Net2Source, you will be responsible for supporting Fortune 500 clients in the US market. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various open roles across different skills. You will build a strong candidate pipeline by understanding job requirements, analyzing candidate fitment based on areas of interest, experience, visa eligibility, and location. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for submission to team leads
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Analyze candidate fitment based on job requirements
• Ensure compliance with US tax terms, visas, and geography
• Communicate effectively with candidates and team leads

Qualifications Required:

• A 4-year college degree in any engineering stream or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of recent US Staffing experience serving Direct/MSP clients
• Good understanding of US tax terms, visas, and geography
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comprehensive recruiting experience across multiple industries in the US

• Healthcare device recruiting experience is preferred
