Create and design training modules covering various aspects such as technical, behavioral, soft skills, compliance, and leadership. - Tailor training content to align with organizational objectives and employee responsibilities. - Utilize e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital platforms for online training delivery. - Deliver Training & Coordinate Sessions:
Deliver training through classroom sessions, virtual training, and workshops. - Coordinate with external trainers, facilitators, and third-party vendors for specialized training programs. - Ensure Compliance & Mandatory Training:
Monitor and ensure completion of mandatory training programs like POSH, workplace safety, and data security. - Maintain adherence to statutory and regulatory training requirements. - Implement Learning & Development Initiatives:
Roll out leadership development programs targeting high-potential employees. - Foster cross-functional training opportunities and promote career growth within the organization. - Evaluate Training Effectiveness & Measure ROI:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, post-training assessments, and improvements in employee performance. - Monitor training impact using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), learning analytics, and reporting tools. - Prepare monthly and annual training reports for management review. You should hold an MBA in HR and possess 4-6 years of relevant experience in training and development roles. Your expertise in designing and delivering training programs, assessing training effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements will be essential in excelling in this role.
