Manage end-to-end daily store operations to achieve sales targets
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 4-6 retail staff to meet KPIs
Train and coach team members to deliver high customer service standards
Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and stock counts
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
Maintain store infrastructure and coordinate maintenance
Build strong relationships with internal teams and the brand
Handle daily cash and card settlements and ensure timely reporting

**Qualifications Required:**

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail
