Roles & Responsibilities International Voice Support Executive
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers professionally. - Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes. - Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction. - Follow company SOPs and quality standards during calls. - Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system. - Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, quality, and productivity targets. - Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments when required. - Communicate clearly and confidently in English with global customers. - Work in rotational shifts and adhere to schedule compliance. - Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience. - Stay updated with process changes, company policies, and product knowledge. - Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information. - Demonstrate active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
