Managing expenses by ensuring accurate scanning and submission of receipts
Conducting initial audits and processing reimbursement requests in compliance with Bain's Expense policies
Handling invoice processing while maintaining adherence to Bain's policies and local regulations
Overseeing mailbox management
Assisting in ad hoc reporting and providing support during internal and external audits
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
Proficiency in the Japanese language (both written and verbal) in addition to English
Japanese language diploma or degree
Expertise in Excel and MS Office
