You are being hired as a Campus Recruiter (HR) with 13 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving campus hiring initiatives, sourcing candidates through various portals, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate pipeline, tracking hiring metrics, and ensuring smooth onboarding coordination. Qualifications Required:
13 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Campus recruitment experience preferred
Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Source candidates through portals such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment MIS
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination
