Customer Data Analyst

As part of the Market Data team within Group Procurement at Macquarie, you will play a crucial role in managing market data contracting across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of market data contracts, which involves reviews, renewals, cancellations, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. - Monitoring expirations and usage across the organization to maintain accurate records. - Supporting the onboarding of new agreements by coordinating with Legal, conducting basic vendor negotiations, completing financial approvals, and responding to contract-related queries. - Integrating lifecycle activities into broader workflows, advising stakeholders on usage rights, and analyzing large datasets in Excel to maintain data quality. To excel in this role, you should have experience in reviewing and managing commercial arrangements, including basic vendor negotiations. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to engage suppliers and support internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters such as renewals, usage terms, and cost structures.
